If I could, I would give NO stars. The young boy who served me charged 50p per container for takeaway and both he and his mother made a big issue over £1.50, even though I had just paid £35 for meals like as though they were running charity instead of keeping the customers happy. They were saying how people charge for bags. When I pointed out that charges for bags go to the Government but their container charge is just pocketing money, they became defensive and dismissive. I was born and raised here and never heard ANY restaurant charge for containers. Bags are fine to charge. Other Customers also complained about this. When I said I will be leaving a bad review and will be making complaint to the Council about their unhygienic place, their response was rude and aggressive, with the boy shrugging his shoulders saying, “We don’t care!,” while his mother backed him up. The behaviour towards customers was unacceptable, argumentative and unprofessional. Read how other customers also complained about their rude behaviour below. My daughter was drinking her own water from her bottle as she walked in. They got abusive over her water and not buying from them when it’s her OWN Kid Bottle. All they care about is ‘money.’ On top of that, the restaurant was filthy, visible dirt on light switches, fluff on door, hand sanitiser bottles and even the chilli sauce on the tables. The boy was sitting on his phone while the tables were dirty. I had to ask TWICE for mine to be cleaned. People don’t order or eat there. Very unhygienic and full of filth. Crying over 50p like they need charity but can’t get up to clean the tables and chairs. Also, it’s not Halal. They put ALCOHOL sauce in all their food. I was feeling so dizzy so was my child. I will be sueing them and also be reporting them to the Environment Health (Council) on Monday. Now please read how they leave rude comment below. Will be showing it to Police and Solicitor. Read moreMy partner and I have used their delivery service on many occasions and enjoyed big servings enough for two people with a little to spare. Tonight we ordered Jungle Chicken curry, King prawn spicy garlic chilli basil and Dim Sum, to be honest it wouldn't fill our kitten. Half filled small plastic tubs, extra runny..like a soup, Jungle Chicken curry and salty ..did I mention extra runny. We took pictures as we were so surprised at the quality having enjoyed amazing food, great quality and overflowing containers in the past. I decided to call the lady, who didn't accept my complaint, she didn't accept any issue with the food quality and the size even though photos were sent and half ignored. She said they always measure their food to the same size .. definitely not true on this occasion as we have ordered from here many times before. My partner and I are extremely disappointed with the reaction from the staff member who took the call and basically fobbed us off .. we are voting with our pocket and taste buds and will not order again. Read moreI went into this place for the first time this evening and ordered a chicken wings starter and green thai curry as a takeaway, took the bus home and opened the food and ate 2 pieces from the wings and when I opened the chicken green tai curry found there wasn’t a single piece of chicken in it. I immediately called them on the Fone to tell them what happened and got cut off. I had to go back with the food and when the girl behind the he counter opened it up she said I will refund you for the chicken curry but not the wings cos I had eat 2 pieces. I told her it wasn’t my fault that her chef didn’t put any chicken in the curry and he needs to be sacked straight away. She refused to refund me the full £15.50 for the food as she said I ate part of it .this total meal was spoiled and should have been binned and I should have got my full refund without question. Eventually she gave me my money back and I will never go there again. So much for customer service. I am also pretty sure the food I returned won’t go to waste and will be delivered back out to someone else....
