I went in there earlier today to pick up 2 orders for uber eats, I waited about 20 minutes and seeing others being served and ppl behind me getting their food before me I asked the manager politely why my order was taking so long and to my surprise I had a very unexpected response the manager said" u either wait the for food patiently or u go away" this was said to me in a very rude way and I found this profoundly intimidating, I asked politely again im picking up for a customer and the manager became very aggressive and said thats it "your not picking any orders from here" and went round the back to speak to his staff to advise them not to give me any orders. At this point I started recording the manager and his actions towards me as I needed some kind of video evidence of this, he became more and more aggressive and made a right joke of himself and his staff he warned me about me recording him and started phoning the police for no apparent reason. He.also.instructed his colleague to lock the main door so that i will be locked inside for him to gang up with his team to give me a beating, I will be forwarding a letter of complaint against this man and I will be questioning his competence for being manager of a franchise and having such level of hate and incitement towards customers and members of public makes me think how on earth he got this job in the first place. I have never seen so much animosity in one and level of unprofessionalism. We do not need such hatred within any cooperate organisation and specifically in the food industry. I will be forwarding the video on social media and waiting for a response from head office so I can hear what they have to say about this. Please refer to the uber eats Facebook page for the video's following my terrible experience today. I have another individual as witness and he recorded the event too and he to was disgusted by the behaviour of this manager. I have been doing deliveries for over a 2 year period and have never experienced anything like this. A full investigation will be undertaken and legal action against this manager will be underway. Please see video of this guy on the uber eats Facebook page and see the kind of vile...
Read moreThe service I received was honestly appalling, let me get this out firstly most KFCs have a side for collect and another section for ordering, this one doesn't so people just stand around and confuse other people. The staff look like they've seen better days, they just look dead inside. Also it takes forever to get a simple order made considering they have no one on the tills half the time, expect to wait more than 15 mins.
As I'm requesting my order this lady grabs my phone with her grubby hands and tries to forcefully scan the code from the app as I said the scanner doesn't work, to finish it off she aggressively throws my order in the bag and proceeds to give me a demonic stare.
If there was an option for no stars I would of opted for it but you guys are honestly better off taking the bus and making a trip down Kilburn or anywhere else for that matter. This place is just a loss cause surprised its even...
Read moreI was quite disappointed with the experience. The food was what youâd expect from KFC. I normally take two napkins and wrap them around the chicken to soak off all the oil. But the reason I decided to criticise here is the fact that the staff looked grumpy, and when I asked for the cleaning wipes I was simply told âwe donât haveâ. In a place where you pay to eat in without cutlery one would expect to at least have a basin to wash your hands. Well, I had to ask for a key to access the toilet and even that was not eagerly provided. Are KFC general managerâs caring about a company they are at least supposed to supervise? I donât want to go somewhere where people arenât happy with my presence, to eat with my bare hands, and not have the facilities to clean my hands afterwards. At least provide some wipes...
