So...my review;

This bakery does delicious sweet treats from cakes to tarts and everything in between.

The prices are very reasonable when compared to what typical dessert places charge for the same thing.

Portion sizes are very good!

There is a wide selection, which also includes savoury food like pastries and samosas, and they do hot drinks, too.

I would definitely recommend this place every time.c

Dropped by their shop for the first time last night at like 11PM and the place was somehow packed and buzzing. After a short wait in line I randomly picked the Mille-feulle, it being one of my favourites and also being the perfect mix of complex and simplicity to be a flag on a bakery's quality. Took it home and forgot about it for a couple of hours, when I finally had it, despite my somewhat already high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised. There was nothing fancy or unnecessarily innovative about it, just your standard classic Mille-feulle, but damn was it a top class and near perfect preparation of the pastry. I usually eat slowly and take small bites but I scooped this up and had it down before I was halfway through my cup of tea. Top class. From my first time visit alone; overall...

Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Order

I visited this shop on Saturday and was excited to try their sweets. I selected m few sweets, but upon arriving home, I discovered that I received a different item and was charged less than the price of the sweet I chose.

When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to check the situation or call the lady who served me. I was told that there was no manager on duty and was advised to return at a later time.

It was frustrating to feel like my concerns weren't taken seriously, especially considering consumer rights laws in the UK should protect customers like me. I hope that the shop addresses these issues so that future customers don’t have similar...
