Nan True Thai — Restaurant in London

TERRIBLE: We paid in cash for one dish at Nan True Thai when we ordered the food because they would not accept card, which is fine. However, when we left the junction, the lady at Nan True Thai said we did not pay. I asked her to double check but she refused to including not looking at her cctv footage (1st Dec 2019 7pm - 8pm). I urge everyone to get a receipt because not sure if this occurs regularly. To avoid an argument in front of our 2 young children, I paid twice for the same meal. The Junction is something that I want to support locally but I can't support it if one stall cheats people out of money whether by careless mistake or it...

Local hidden gem! The food is packed with flavour. I absolutely love the pad kee mao (spicy pork and noodles). Would highly recommend. Feeling hungry just thinking about it. I always go here for my Thai pick me up. The servings are also decent size and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

They have just 2 tables in front of their cooking van but you can also do takeaway. Not a huge amount of space for a sit down meal which is a shame as think this place would do amazingly if it had an actual restaurant venue. Will wait for that day hopefully! Reasonably priced as well for the tasty quality...

Absolutely loving the customer service here. Long story short I've ordered food via UberEats and somehow due to some errors there were no drivers around and so the food was stuck. The staff was really, really helpful and great. From contacting the uber service support, to finding a driver for me (and even thought of bringing the food to me herself!) Eventually I got my food and she even called to make sure I actually received my food. The food is lovely too. Overall, if I can give 10 stars I won't be hesitate to do...
