New Favourable — Restaurant in London

Terrible!!! Ordered 40 wings and large fries , received only 20 fries and large fries , charged as for 40 wings. Called to asked to redeliver 20 missing wings,I was told that I need to order something else in order to receive what I order in first place ,nonce!!! Paid for something else what I didn’t needed wanted,called to sort nicely,not interested to do so. Shame…. Never ever again!!!! No help, no support ,unreadable!!! Peri peri wings have been underdone on two occasions. The first I chalked up to a mistake, the second I alerted them to the issue and told them to cook the chicken for longer. The chicken was underdone again. I haven't been back since. The sauce on the peri peri chicken is really flavourful I finished cooking it at home. Absolutely delicious! This chicken shop is a hidden gem. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—seasoned just right. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick, even during the busy lunch rush. Loved the variety of sauces and sides too, especially the spicy fries. Definitely coming...
