New Imperial Spice — Restaurant in London

I’ve been ordering from Imperial Spice Bow for a while now, and every single time, I’ve been a happy customer. They are incredibly attentive and work so hard to ensure their customers are satisfied. I usually order late at night or even around midnight, and their service is always reliable and professional.

This morning, at 3 AM, 2 January 2025 I ordered 6 chicken wings with wedges and sauces. Unfortunately, the wedges weren’t available, but I completely understand because the gentleman called me to explain and offered curly fries instead. The communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the effort to make sure I still got something delicious. The food was, as always, amazing, and everything was packaged really well.

I’ve never had the chance to visit the restaurant in person, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but based on my experience with their service and food delivery, they truly deserve 5 stars. Thank you, Imperial Spice Bow, for your hard work and...

Ordered my food from Just Eat and it was absolutely delicious! In the pic you can see the lamb bhuna, garlic naan and tandoori chicken chicken starter with yoghurt sauce. All absolutely rich with classic Indian restaurant flavours and very generous portions for the price.

Additionally, the food was the perfect temperature when it arrived - not too hot, not too cold. To quote Goldilocks: It was just right!

Whether your looking for a new curry house, or looking to give this place another go, you owe it to yourself to try Imperial Spice on Long Lane.

P.S. I have not yet been and eaten in the restaurant itself so cannot speak to the service or atmosphere, but if it matches the quality of the food, I can't see it being less than a big...

This place is a joke! We ordered from there a couple of weeks ago and instead of passanda, what arrived was the most scorching madras - clearly labelled a madras - which I then had to argue about on the phone as I was not initially believed. They fixed it although it took 20 minutes and then the rest of the food was cold, none of which was replaced and no compensation of any kind. More fool us, we ordered from there again tonight and it arrived THIRTY MINUTES late! I could get over it but for some reason my mate's tikka massala is full of raisins and every item bar the actual curry is stone cold. My entire naan bread has gone in the bin. Avoid, avoid, avoid - they're useless and have an excuse for everything. They're only two miles down the sodding road! Won't be ordering cold curry from this...
