Regrettably, our initial visit for coffee (and pastries!) was underwhelming. Lackluster looking, stale croissants and lukewarm coffee. Hmm! No40 is a relaxed, pleasant, down-to-earth neighbourhood coffee shop and bistro. It serves great organic coffee, light bites and delicious snacks during the day. (I haven't been in the evening.) It has free WiFi. The decor, tables and chairs are excellent.

That's all easily...
