My family and I gone to O'Neills on Saturday night for my birthday treat the music of old school and modern dance music was fantastic brilliant my sister lying family dance so well together also I member my news after all 50 years has passed because it was my 50th birthday on Saturday and my sister loves my spins and my groovy moves there are two problems one is not easy to get in all ages have to show ID and this can cause bottlenecks and frustration to get in I know it's like security and that's a problem but I think would be nice and they should relax the ID for those who over certain age and common sense also is a good price ticket in to O'Neills on a Friday night and Saturday night the second problem is that the lack of serving of beers when the lady your staff it's told me that I couldn't have cider cos only I drink cider there were no other beers to drink only the one I was given and that got boards very easy I think and personally the starter explaining why there was only one tap working and the other types of beers wasn't working because the staff did explain it any clearer I let me very frustrating because only like cider that's Irish cider it would be nice from the manager of O'Neill's to explain what was the problem on Saturday night with the beer taps please and thank you the third problem there wasn't an area for non smoker people to stay outside to call off because inside your pub with all that beautiful music years was no air conditioning no breeze to cool down and you had to stand outside with the smokers I do not smoke and I do have bronchitis and would be nice there be a separate area for non-smokers just to stand and to call off and just chill I'm not with the smokers with all three points are pointed out I would give him give you more a better rating but what if there's an feedback then why was she from there all I like to say is I had a lovely birthday party at at O'Neills on Saturday and...

The quality of this pub has decreased massively since covid restrictions lifted. I went there 3 times this summer and on all occasions, we had a poor experience with the food. On my birthday, there were 6 of us. My friend and I ordered smothered chicken with no barbecue sauce, the others wanted steaks but they did not have enough so were able to get one and the guy who took the order said the others can have mixed grill. When they brought the orders, they forgot to leave out the BBQ sauce from the chicken and we sent them back. The ones who ordered mixed grill were told there was not enough meat to prepare their meals. They went for something else, but of course there was a delay. Then the waiter came back and said there is only one chicken dish left so one of us has to take the chicken with BBQ sauce if we still want that! On the second occasion we went there, they again were out of steaks and mixed parts of our order. Third time yesterday was a real charm. Four of us went there and ordered food. After 40 min they only brought one dish. We complained and after Another 20 min they brought another. The manager came to give us a free round of drinks and told us our food will be brought. However, it was clear they had mixed orders, as they didn't know what we had ordered. After another half an hour, we were told our food was given to another table but it is being prepared in the kitchen. Then after some more waiting, we were told the chef walked out of the kitchen and we won't be getting any more food. It felt frustrating and unacceptable. Two of us who didn't get food got a refund. But we were there waiting for 2 hours, hungry and frustrated and at that time it was too late to go somewhere else to get a meal. Staff forgetting orders, no supplies to meet the demands of the menu, understaffed pub, only one chef to prepare food are all unacceptable in customer service. It was not...

Chris is hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across. On our recent visit to O’Neils in Leytonstone, he went above and beyond to make the evening special. We had booked a table for a small birthday gathering, but when we arrived the place was much busier than expected. Chris noticed we had a cake and gifts with us, and without us even asking he quickly rearranged some seating so our group could sit comfortably together.

Throughout the night he checked in just the right amount making sure our drinks were topped up and that everything was running smoothly, without ever being intrusive. What really stood out was when the sound system had a bit of a hiccup, Chris actually went out of his way to get the staff to fix it so we could play the birthday playlist we had prepared. It made such a difference to the atmosphere and really showed he cared about us having a good time.
