Monday 28th April On the mentioned date, I visited my local chicken & chip shop (Original taste)to purchase some food. I ordered 2 lamb doners which totalled to £14. When I went to pay at the till, I requested to split the payment across 3 different cards, as I intended to use my loyal points.the gentleman at the till seemed not to understand my request and responded in a dismissive manner by speaking loudly in his native Bengali language.
I found his behaviour to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my explanation, he appeared unwilling to accommodate my payment request and flatly refused, stating that it was not possible to pay in such a manner. The individual in question is described as a slim, small-built man in his late 40s to early 50s, with dark coloured short hair that conceals any grey strands. I have observed on multiple occasions that his demeanour is unwelcoming, and his command of speaking in English leaves much to be desired.
Such poor customer service and lack of hospitality are unacceptable, and as a result, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction.
While I must stress that I refrained from taking a direct photograph of the individual in question out of respect for his privacy, I feel compelled to emphasise the urgent need for you to address the situation promptly. I went on Sunday 21st April, around 11pm. I made the order via phone call. I paid in store and went to eat my food at home.
I had 1 lamb biryani, 1 chicken biryani and 2 doner roll meals. Whilst I was eating my chicken biryani I I felt this weird mental clank in my mouth. I was gobsmacked to find a frickin SCREW in my mouth?!!
Regrettably, I did not return to the establishment to address this issue in person, as I was apprehensive about the potential response also the shop had closed and I was tired after gym.

The screw went into my mouth, you may have tested the scenario however it could have fell in at any time, I understand mistakes happen but this is too much of a mistake to risk someones life. You guys are rushing too much when preparing food.
