Very rude unprofessinal attitude from staff memeber Katie again. She was outside smoking and told me to F off and go beg for money on the street. The casino has turned into a social club where you can no longer play what you want as people are reserving all the machines.

Katie's attitude is disgusting she has an issu as I wrote a review in the past she brought it up again today. And was rude telling me to go beg for money on the street she also told me to F-off. After customers leave the shop with no reserved sign I decided to change a machine I was then told by another customer his cousin is using that machine this is happening way too much the staff are letting the customers run the shop. Her attitude is disgusting and unprofessional and she still has a grudge

dear Abdul you are a disgusting liar either you work In the shop and katie told you to wirite this review or you are the customer who got aggressive yesterday always take over the whole shop and became aggressive when you lose housands on every machine. then claim every machine for later how is that fair on others who need to play. PS the attitude was certain customers takng over all the machines its a 99% Asian population in the shop and their family members/ friends staying and claiming machines for hours becoming a trend and telling others what they can and can't use in the shop then when I complain Everyone jumps in to help eachother then discuss things in another language so that I cannot hear or defend myself I've even heard you and others be racist after a dispute.
