Having read the reviews after I placed my order I thought I made the wrong decision and should have stuck to Pizza Hut. I waited in fear for my delivery as I didn’t want to have words with the popular manager Haq 😱😱. Firstly their website does not give you the option to remove toppings you don’t want like Pizza Hut. As I placed my order I called the restaurant and told the staff to remove the onions on the pizza. Her response was “ sorry I just placed your pizza in the oven”. But I had just placed my order a minute ago. Anyway my pizza came one time, the pizza was soft and was filled with toppings unlike the other reviews, it tasted nice. However their chicken wings I give it a 👎🏾. I ordered their spicy wings but didn’t eat it as they poured spicy sauce over plain wings rather than marinate it in. And as the others have said the desert was burnt. Business builds on word of mouth and I really do hope papa johns sort it out because pretty soon there will be no papa johns. Will I order again? The manager Haq was very rude messed up my order and basically told me to "get off the phone he has pizza's to make" and the proceeded to shout at me saying "I will refund you your money" and then disconnected the call.
At this stage I wasn't sure if I was getting a re-fund or not as I hadn't received my pizza and I had already paid! So I rang back and managed to liaise with a colleague who I expressed my conerns with who simple had to say "yeah I know hes rude and there is nothing I can do" really!!!!!!!!!
In the back ground I could hear Haq screaming at another customer to no surprise!!!!!!!!!! My refund was not given to me although I didn't ask for it Haq requested i liaise with head office for seeking a refund that he offered to give to me????

Despite calling several times on the night I placed the order, no one answered the phone. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a business that relies on timely service.
The frustration didn't end there. When I called the next day to address the missing order, the staff member I spoke to was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude. It felt as if he was mocking my situation rather than trying to resolve it. This level of customer service is appalling and shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
