AVOID STAFF NOT PICKING UP PHONES OR IF HAPPEN ONES FOR MILLION YEARS IMMEDIATELY DUMP THE HANDSET WITH IMPET!!! RUD AND WITH BAD MANNERS STAFF. THEY TAKING NUMEROUS PAYMENTS Horrible service 3 years in a row! Charge for extras what not coming and when YOU TRY TO COMPLAIN staff are rude or blaming clients for them own fault with it, Web pages and clients phone managers never control staff and quality of service,feedback from headquarters are absolute ridiculous I télégestion people,complaints for a head of the group go nowhere AND so called ombudsman addresses what they attached by court order will go nowear bcs clients are ripped off over and over . Accounts are constantlywipped from points bychanging tike for due date without prior informing of clients. Nonoff feedbacksand complaints can be properly made bcs the wayas they co structure them isabsolutly absurd. Zero attention to disabled people by phone, in store (no ramp) or attention by drivers for food and clients feedback -why hire foreign company what will not guarantee quality and proper food control. Greasy food ,drinks are not chilled properly and deeps coming inside pizza box what are agains hygen rules in gastronomy. NOT RECOMENDING THIS PLACE .EXPENSIVE. In a year I spend more than tousend pound and never was treated with respect . Last order I made march 2024 AND NEVER AGAIN . In feedback whey give examples of menue to "RECOMEND" ....GREEK POZZA IS NOT EVEN ON THE MENUE ...CLASSIC BUSINESS WHEN UNTTAINED KIDS TAKE OVER AND THINK MO EY WILL FLOW .. This place used to be great. Pizzas were fresh, hot when they arrived and delivered on time. We had a couple of misses with them towards the end of last year but regrettable decided to give them another chance. Not sure if they’ve changed management but their service now is absolutely shocking. We ordered pizzas at 18:30 to be delivered for 20:30. By 21:00 we’d heard nothing, so gave the store a call and were told that they were very busy and our pizzas had just come out of the oven so will be with us shortly. 21:15 and still no sign, so we tried to call again. No answer from the shop. They closed at 22:00 so at 21:45 one of us decided to drive down there to see if we could collect our pizzas instead. In the meantime, after 45 minutes of calling, we got through to the shop whose staff weren’t apologetic in the slightest and just kept saying “we’re very busy”. Our pizzas were delivered at 22:00 and despite being reheated at some point (you could tell from the dried out and burnt pizza bases) they were cold. To top it off, I was treated to a hair in one of the slices. Never again will I use this place which is a shame because the pizzas here used to...

Update. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and please see what we got. Not being funny. We know exactly how Papa johns thin crust pizza looks like as in 7 years this is only pizza place we ordering from. Half pizza went into bin again!! Regular customers but this time very disappointed! . Ordered sane pizza as usual. Mexican was almost without meat ! From the sides it was 5 cm of dough without anything. Another thing first time we have been asked to pay for delivery!
