So it's 10 PM, going home from work, needed something for dinner, and got a Paneer Burrito. Didn't check there, went home, which is around 1.5 hours away.
I am vegetarian by religion as well. And went home and was gonna start eating and the receipt said Chicken Burrito. So I didn't open it and threw it all away. (My mistake there, should've taken pictures, or according to them should have come back travelling 1.5 hours or called them.) Next day had shift again, so after shift, went there and told them everything.
They told me they put Paneer Burrito in my order just the receipt said Chicken. And tried to deny everything and blamed me for eating it and doing that for money. When the receipt literally said chicken burrito as proof. I wanted them to realise their mistake cause being vegetarian is religious thing for me and having chicken even at my house, not eating it, is a sin for me.
Instead of realising their mistake, they kept turning it around on me and kept shouting as well.
All the staff is very rude, horrible experience. Them being rude will won't get unnoticed after reading this review...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my friends and I received during our recent visit to your Finchley branch. Unfortunately, we encountered rude and disrespectful behavior from your staff, which significantly marred our dining experience.
We felt that the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, and their attitude made us feel unwelcome. As paying customers, we expect a minimum level of respect and politeness, which was sadly missing during our visit.
Given this experience, my group and I are certain that we will not be returning to this branch, and we are hesitant to recommend it to others. I hope that management will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

Read moreI popped in today to have some chicken as I used to like pepe’s peri peri until now , I ordered whole chicken , when he said let me check if we have any whole chicken left I said ok as I was in rush I didn’t have much time so if he said they doesn’t have it I would have ordered other thing but he didn’t and made me pay for the meal after couple of minutes he called me said I should wait for 30 minutes as the chicken was finished and I said fine even though I was in rush after 30 minutes the guy at the front till gave the food , no manner no thing he didn’t even say sorry for the wait , I was disappointed plus I ordered large me they gave regular one which is another problem , customer service is really important for food business if the customer experiences bad customer they don’t come next time like me , please teach the staff some...
