I ordered food from Pepe’s at 6:26, but it didn’t arrive until after 8:00. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times beforehand to cancel my order, but they ignored my calls. I eventually had to show up in person, and they still refused to refund me after I’d been waiting nearly two hours. On top of that, I even saw a mouse running around inside the restaurant. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. Next time you people should probably cancel orders that are taking longer than expected if you don’t want to answer your company phone I literally called the shop while being there and the very slow individual in the image ignored it just to prove how incompetent they’re. This is not Just Eat’s fault. When I called multiple times to cancel the order, your staff decided not to answer the phone. The shop was chaos when I arrived, with drivers who had been waiting there for over 45 minutes. Stop blaming Just Eat and take accountability for the fact that your shop was overly busy.When I called, a man answered the phone and said the food was ready and that the driver had just allegedly turned up (which was a lie). I was updated on the Just Eat app that the rider was already there but waiting, and I could see the “preparing order” time fluctuate from 10 minutes, to 33 minutes, then to 11 minutes—yet still no update for delivery. When the driver allegedly arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later, the food still hadn’t even left. I called back, and a woman answered. She told the truth and admitted they were extremely busy, which is why the food was taking so long.
AGAIN, STOP BLAMING JUST EAT. THE RIDER HAD BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG TIME. YOUR STAFF ARE SLOW AND FAILURES. So is your business.
