Pizza Go Go Lewisham — Restaurant in London

I placed an order for delivery and when it was 15 minutes late I decided to ring the restaurant to see where my order was. When I had explained the situation the man in the restaurant was very disrespectful, he didnt allow me to speak. He said he called me three times and the driver came to the house but no one was home. These statements are both untrue. He told me that if I ever wanted to buy from them again and pay in cash, I would need to pay the delivery driver, then the driver would go back to the restaurant and collect my food- obviously I wouldn’t do that as I wouldn’t be guaranteed a pizza, how would I know my money would not be taken and I’d be pizzaless? When I disagreed his tone became aggressive. He told me that I would be barred from ordering from them again and that he was going to leave nasty comments about me on Just Eat. I can’t believe they were so rude when it was their mistake- no missed calls from them, I was in the room closest to the door and no one attempted to deliver my food. Awful experience! DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered a Meal Deal: 1 pizza, 1 drink and 2 sides (chicken strips and Mozzarella Sticks). The brough everything but not the chicken strips. I called them to let them know, and the guy on the phone told me that he will ask the driver and that he will call me after. No call from them in 30 minutes. I called back and the guy said that he spoke to the driver and that the driver is not lying, and that he delivered the chicken strips. He is dimissing my complain, and even when I told him that in the bag there was only the dips and the sauces, he did not want to believe it. He told me that if I wanted anything, I had to go to the shop and that the driver is not lying. They are literally stealing your money, not delivering what you ordered, and if they semt it wromg, they will dismiss you and won't sort the problem out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Awful to deal with them. They hang you up, and they will steal your money and invalidate you as a human, and treat you as if you were making everything up....

Worst pizza I've had in a very long time! Luke warm, greasy, so much cheese you couldn't taste the toppings and very soft, doughy texture that instantly went limp when picked up. The slices were cut so unevenly, a child could've done better. And to top it all, they got the order wrong. When I called them, they admitted they had made a mistake (put the stuffed crust on the wrong pizza) but then asked if I could swap the different size, different topping pizza with my son. I said no so they reluctantly agreed to send a fresh pizza. An hour later, still no pizza so I rang again to be told the driver had just left.
