Tops Pizza Lewisham — Restaurant in London

MOST DEFINITELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM A FOOD BUSINESS . Not only did the delivery driver say he waited outside for 10-15 minutes . Considering 6 of us was outside working on a van in the front drive and a scooter stopped for no more than 3-5 seconds and didn't say anything. After waiting for 30 minutes passed delivery time , one of us called the shop and spoke to someone on the phone who was incredibly rude to him and BLOCKED HIM, which prompted me to call and ask what's happened to which I was basically told I was a liar and was being treated rudely by the member of staff on the phone at 3:40am. I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and was told in a very rude way "NO ONE IS HERE" to which I questioned why either was not available and his reply was "I'm the manager" POINT 1 why lie to me. After him telling me in a very condescending way "YOU ARE WRONG" I asked what his name was and he said AMIR(as he lied previously I doubt he left his real name but not many people answering the phone at 3:40am) I explained about leaving an honest review to which he quickly replied "I can deliver fresh pizza"POINT 2 if you left our food in the street we would have it and why would you be willing to send fresh food after being super rude to the customers to which the shop BLOCKED him. How can I trust a so called "manager" that was unbelievably rude to me and told numerous lies how can I trust you won't infect/damage/poison my food.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A BUSINESS AND SPOKEN TO EVEN WORSE. Amir!!! And this business NEED TO BE AVOIDED AND #justeat you should be highly considering why you work with that business. I never received my meal in the first place! Then I called the restaurant to hear nothing but rudeness and lies that they tried to call me twice (which they NEVER AT ALL) then they left it on MY DOORSTEP?!! If they gave me an apology and responded with the driver couldn’t find you address/location would’ve been excepted and understandable as I live in a pan off the main road! But the restaurant staff are extremely rude and arrogant that they tried to palm me off with lies and excuses!! I don’t normally like to complain but as I haven’t received a refund and was spoken to like a pace of garbage then hung up on, I truly believe this place deserves nothing!! as their customer skills and manners are shocking JUST EAT REALLY NEEDS TO EVALUATE THE COMPANYS THEY CHOOSE...
