Pizza Go Go Petts Wood — Restaurant in London

If there was a option for 0 Stars I’d definitely use it... First we ordered it at around Midnight it got to 5 past 1 when I was coming close to eating my own arm we called them and they said it’d be leaving the restaurant in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived, 25 minutes later we received a call from the driver telling us he was at the door when this was not the case... we eventually got the food and he kept saying “sorry, sorry, sorry” Anyway let’s move on with the story... We started eating our pizzas and then I was greeted with a rather long looking black string... A hair... just casually chilling there at the bottom of my pizza, made me gag 🤢the chicken bites smelt like gone off fridge raiders it wasn’t at all pleasant... the only thing that tasted nice was the bottle of coke... the moral of the story is don’t waste your time and money. Just stick to Pizza Hut it tastes a whole...

Very unhappy with the service I received today, we are regular customers and he took the wrong order over the phone. When I went to collect he had the wrong sized pizza and instead of accepting he had made a mistake in taking the order he started arguing that’s what I ordered, blah blah blah, which I then told him I always order from here and before today haven’t had any problems with the order. He said you ordered this you must take it now, after debating with him some more he finally agreed to make the right sized pizza for us!!!!!!! Why am I going to take something I didn’t order in the first place!!! Very unhappy anyways still decided to wait for another pizza as kids were very hungry, but had to leave my son in the store to watch them as they made it just in case they decided to spit in the food or something. Ordered at 5 pm, pizza came in 45 minutes, when we opened the pizza it was the wrong one. Called up and let them know and they advised a new pizza was going to be sent out, after an hour still no pizza so called. Was told it was in the over, 40 minutes later still no pizza so called again, apparently it was in the oven again. Another 30 minutes went by still no pizza so called again, by this point it had been nearly 2 hours since we first called to see where our replacement was. Was told it was ready and a driver was leaving in 5 minutes and they apologised as they were busy and only had 2 drivers, fair enough but why take so many orders if you can’t Handel the volume. 30 minutes later (3 hours after we first ordered) still no pizza, called up and asked for a refund.
