Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

My experience of this Pizza Hut has been abhorrently Bad. I cannot stress enough how much better served you will be by just ordering any other pizza in the local area. My list of complaints about this place are so vast that I will just give some of the highlights bellow as bullet points:

Uncooked and inedible chicken wings Raw pizza dough Stale toppings (like eating Lego) Pizzas that either have WAY too much sauce or no sauce at all and are essentially just bread. When asking that food be cooked to an edible standard managers have scoffed and laughed as if this isn’t the basic requirement for food. You know, it being edible and not poisoning the eater. Food arriving literally destroyed by inept delivery staff.

And here you will find some more niche examples of this branch’s A-class service:

Delivery driver attempting to deliver multiple different orders to me despite having already dropped off an order and me thanking them with a basic conversation. Why keep coming back? It’s so weird, we literally just had a chat and I said good bye.

-Management answering the phone, laughing and locking the phone off when making basic queries. Simple things e.g why is my chicken pink?

Roadman delivery staff and phone staff who make ordering a double pepperoni feel more like buying a 3.5 than a pizza. It’s embarrassing.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. It just comes down to poor staff. Pizza Hut is universally good but this is solely an issue of no professionalism coupled with the inability to complete basic tasks to a bare minimum standard. This is a pizza place run by people who 100% spent their high school years in set 8 across the board.

Staff are rude and will laugh at you down the phone for requesting the chicken wings to be cooked extra for someone who’s pregnant (after receiving them undercooked), pizza dough can be raw, as you can see from the image it also has no sauce and is bland. The delivery driver looked into my home through the window and started asking about what I do and the price of items in my home.

Do yourself a favour and go to somewhere else.

• edit - response to Pizza Huts reply. After attempting to contact the restaurant itself, being laughed at AGAIN and having the phone put down on me repeatedly I reported it to HR. Your shoddy company thought a £20 voucher would suffice for the behaviour of your staff and your undercooked food.

This pizza pictured here was meant to be the redemption order after an entire order was delivered RAW following the events above 😂 The original pizza was literally raw dough and the cheese wasnt even uniform - it was so undercooked you could see the individual cheese shavings.

The sign above the door should read “Circus” instead...

DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AS CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT HELP YOU! They delivered inedible and incorrectly prepared pizzas. I understand restaurants make mistakes, but I tried to get a refund with customer care who will not give any refund, instead they claim that the pizzas were up to the pizza hut standard and they are trying to fob me off with a £20 voucher for future purchase! And the voucher doesn't even cover the £41 that I lost on inedible food!

Take a look at the video of the oily pizza that pizza hut claims is their standard due to pepperoni. And see the emails with claims that this is standard quality. It's funny as they also tell me they will give feedback to this branch, but if nothing is wrong what exactly is the feedback for? Do not order! Crazy! Shout out Chelsea and Richard from customer care who just give scripted answers and lack any compassion. So patronising,...
