There should be an option for minus stars as it lacks everything frankly where to start. After being sat down we waited for around 18 mins before they took our order
The food was also not to the lovely tastes I'm used to in spaghetti house, spaghetti was a bit to hard an the sauce was more oil then the usual lovely rich sauce they have normally
How is there no salt on the table then he gives us a starter we never ordered followed by the olive oil n balsamic vinegar only to take them off the table just before we got our proper starters
Covent garden branch have this down to the tee we never waited for anything
The WC looks like it was built by a toddler who has the skill of a two year old also far from being clean not at all to the usual standards of the spaghetti house
the customer service was non existent as I assume on this lovely evening out for dinner the guy running the floor was shamelessly busy tending to the couple on the front table by the window were his mates and were getting the royal brown nose treatment probably bosom buddies
Come to pay the bill the guy then gives the bill without taking payment walks off for another chat before returning to take our payment.
Never again spaghetti house I'm sorry to say this journey was a waste of my time and a disappointment I've been a regular at SH for a few years now and cant believe this place is running with these kind of substandard services and shoddy workmanship...

Despite being part of a chain, I have to say that that is not the vibe you get at all in this restaurant. It is homely, owned (at least in part I believe?) by the staff and a hugely relaxing setting to eat in. The food is great, the prices are very good, but the best part of Spaghetti House is without question the service. You are always greeted with a smile, a handshake, and if you're lucky perhaps even a free shot at the end.
The restaurant is just opposite the Tufnell Park Dome, which does quite a few gigs around the year. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend popping into the Spaghetti House for a...
