I ordered the Cholula Cauliflower Sizzler, which is advertised and confirmed as a strictly vegetarian pizza. However, the pizza delivered to me clearly contained meat, likely chicken. I’ve attached my actual order photos along with an image from your official “Spicy Cauliflower” pizza listing, and the two do not match at all.

The topping I received was shredded, fibrous, orange pieces that chicken in appearance, taste, and texture. Your official image shows whole chunks of roasted cauliflower, which is entirely different.

As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet due to religious beliefs, I’m deeply offended and distressed by this incident. I had to induce vomiting upon realizing the meat content, which has caused me both physical and emotional discomfort.

Additionally, I was unable to upload pictures through your app or website, making the situation even more frustrating.

I expect:

A formal apology from your management.

A full refund for this order.

Compensation for the emotional trauma and physical impact.

Written confirmation of steps being taken to prevent such mistakes in the future.

They have no manners in speaking on the phone. I was told one second then the phone went silent. Came back saying one more second. Then gone again only to come back to say is it a card payments I wish to make asked by someone else. I would like to make an order I said. I was told again 1 min passed the phone from one person to another then cut me off after 5 minutes. I called to order again I was swiftly told one minute. But this time I said how many more minutes will it take to order this pizza. How many people will the phone be passed around after saying that only then he took the order reluctantly. I have now been waiting for 45 minutes I called them they said to me it takes 45min for the pizza to be delivered. Now I have waited 1 whol hour for the pizza to arrive. No sign yet. Called them again the guy was arguing no manners at all on the recepit it's says promise time is 9:02 pizza arrived Finely half hour later then promise time. 1 hour 10 mins. Not happy at all. Disgusting service won't order again...
