Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

AVOID THIS PLACE. Disgusting service. Where do I begin…I was staying at Travelodge in Woolwich. I spent close to £40.00 on an order. Once I placed the order, I called up the restaurant and asked them if they could get the delivery driver to ring me when he arrives and to leave it at reception for me, to which they said that it wouldn’t be a problem.

The delivery driver calls me up and tells me that he’s at the car park and I should come down and meet him there. I told him I wasn’t going to do that as I had a baby with me and asked him if he could leave it at reception. He said he wasn’t going to do that and I would either have to meet him at the car park or he was going to leave (after I had already paid…) the truth is he wasn’t bothered to get out of his vehicle and carry 4 boxes and a bottle of drink. Let’s be honest. Don’t be a delivery driver if you’re not going to do your job properly…

I then call Pizza Hut and explain what had happened. They informed me that the driver has made his way back to the store and that they was going to make me a fresh order and get another delivery driver to send it back out to me.

So almost an hour and a half after placing my original order the driver gives me my order…surprise surprise it’s cold and stale. We barely had a few slices and it went to waste. The food tasted awful.

For your own sake, do not order from here…Dominos is way...

Doesn't even deserve a 1star. Ordered a pizza meal online at 9.30pm. it said delivery would be 35/45 minutes. 1hour later no delivery. Tried to call the store no answer. when they did answer they immediately put the phone down again. At 11pm I got through the lady was rude and argumentive she said our delivery was leaving the store. I asked what time my food was cooked she replied 10.30. so my food had been sitting in a box for 40 minutes and not even left the store. I told her to cancel my order, but because I had paid by card I had to phone customer services to get a refund while on the phone to customer services at 11.30pm my pizza arrived at the door even thought I told them to cancel I didn't want it. 2 hours for a pizza, then I was told I will have to wait a week for a refund to go back to my account. Absolutely shocking service. If you are hungry don't order from here and certainly don't pay by card as you will wait longer for...

Useless just isn't strong enough...

I only placed this order because I got a £10 off voucher for my last pizza being so late, lo and behold an hour and a half goes by still no pizza... When I phone up they tell me I didn't answer my phone, after a bit of digging I discover the number they have bears no resemblance to mine by even one digit, yet they still insist that it's my fault, because it was my fault they were not prepared to make me a fresh pizza I was then expected to eat a pizza that would of been close to 2 hours old...

Also had I not called they were seemingly more than happy to just keep my money

After much debate and strong protest from the customer service guru I was on the phone with they agreed to "remake the pizza"... It arrived barely 20 minutes later (The same pizza, just reheated)

It seems impossible for these morons to get an order right or to correct the many mistakes they are so adept...
