Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

Happy New Year to everyone who is reading this please do not waste your money. Do you not waste your time I am a NHS nurse who works nights and went in for an emergency it was really overwhelming and a lot to deal with the emergency at the hospital and as I was coming home I decided that I really was really weak and tired and could not stop to buy anything. I will order something online. I ordered from Pizza Hut Wandsworth, Garratt Lane and after I put my order through Irene greeted it because it was the Pizza Hut at Garrett Lane the Wandsworth one they have bad customer service extremely rude they have extremely bad hygiene practices in good order respect. The manager is a heavyset overweight woman. Who has a lot of acne and you would think a woman who presented like that will be humble and she’s not. She has a reputation in Wandsworth for being so rude, so disrespectful so nasty from a pregnant mother showing hair on her pizza and the manager telling her to pick it out that the pizza is still good and her staff work hard to make the pizza, not having a common understanding or empathy that this is a customer that spend a hard and money and you have no empathy for the mother who is very back to the restaurant. No surprise with my food came. You can see the pictures I’ve uploaded you can see the food is out and you can obviously see the food has been touched. Everything was extremely cold It wasn’t even cook properly and you can smell that secondhand owed smell like it was made to 3 days ago, and not stored properly that kind of smell we all work very hard. This is London Do you have a young professionals you have people with families and it’s very sad and painful for a family to just want a pizza and receive bad service to be disrespected and to spend a heart in money and receive this nasty disgusting food and to be disrespected by the manager, who should be managing a team and always in storing customer service and the value of customers this is a community as a whole community nurse to reputation of the ones where is Pizza Hut and that manager, the minute so I mentioned they want a pizza or they’ve gone to Pizza Hut theme. Mention that manager of poor quality of food. I did try to cancel my order it didn’t go through and I do not know why take care have a blessed year and please don’t make the mistake of going to Pizza...

Disgusting the pizza came delivered open, literally pizza sliding out the sides of the box the box looked like it was folded in half, when I opened it the pizza looked like someone had frizzbeed it to my address, got it slapped on a wall and put back in a box that wasn’t even closed I’ve got a video it’s was appalling,, & when I called up Wandsworth Pizza Hut the attitude from the staff for one the guy couldn’t understand me first he lied and said he was manager and I was like ok what’s ur name, the. He was being rude finally said call the manager ASAP he then shouted manager come come out the phone on the side I could hear him speaking Urdu to another college I speak it myself so I can fully hear the conversation, anyway the manager comes explains the guy is one of the elderly ones blah blah so I started to explain yet again and the guy comes on the phone and says if I want a refund go through customer services and they will refund me in 4 hours? Ermmmmm so what about the two hungry kids I got whose only day they can get a takeaway is cut short because they haven’t got the food? And I was told the pizza would be twenty minutes,, this was an hour ago,, I even spoke to the guy whilst writing this review and he said a couple of minutes and all now I’m still waiting... anyone In The Wandsworth area papa johns is the best they have better offers and the pizza taste way much better its only coz the kids...

I had a great customer service experience from CHRISTINA in the Pizza Hut Wandsworth branch. Christina was very polite, professional and helpful, she was extremely patient and friendly. I’m not from the area and came to the area for a birthday excursion to Gravity where the kids wanted pizzas after. Christina spent her time on the phone trying to help me navigate the different dietary needs & requests of the children, creating the best suitable meal package/deal whilst I had poor network and noisy background. Christina did not make me feel like I was any bother when in fact most would of been fed up (including myself) but instead supported me and saw me through to execute my order perfectly. To top it off the pizzas tasted great. It was a perfect transaction and I’m so grateful to Christina as she was friendly and courteous when I went to pick up my order. A big thank to Christina and she is a credit to her branch as it was not a simple transaction but she dealt with it/us...
