The products you can find here are lovely, but staff needs a lot to learn how to approach people. Came there and got a snobby look, consultant just passed away first and only when I was making a third circle around the shelves looking for an item asked me if I need help. When I showed a picture what I am looking for he straight away told me that the cream won’t be doing a thing and I need something stronger for my face skin. Didn’t ask for what concern, didn’t ask my skin type, just STRONGER. Uh ah thanks!! I just experienced a very unprofessional and nasty behaviour from the manager who wouldn’t understand why I asked for a refund for a product I purchased, which turned out to be out of date on the day I got it. She said « she had it herself for breakfast and it was delicious », well that’s good for you madam. Ive always thought that many aspects are managed weirdly in this shop, including staff not wearing face mask last year in the middle of the pandemic without indicating if/why they’d be exempt, while showing a sign saying that masks are mandatory in the shop. Read moreI have been racially profiled across some of the Planet Organic stores (including this one). I only want to tell the truth and exercise my rights as a black person. If anybody has sympathy please confront the violator when you see them profiling us. It’s hurts us so much and leaves us with psychological scars and fears and nightmares. We are then made to feel like racial profiling is normal when we complain - which amounts to “racial gaslighting”.
