Planet Pizza (Tolworth) — Restaurant in London

The manager from this store, clearly cares more about making profit, rather than keeping their valid customers satisfied. The one time I order a small order, they confirm the order, keep me waiting and nothing arrives. I look at my emails and noticed that Just Eat have sent me an email, telling me my order was cancelled. I call to ask why it was cancelled with no explanation, the “manager“ tells me that they don’t deliver for just ice creams and a side dish and that they loose money from it, because I used the offer of a discount from “Just Eat”. Not once did he apologise, he didn’t care how angry I was and told me to “calm down and stop shouting”. Maybe don’t treat your customers like they’re just money bags then and you wouldn’t get someone shouting at you. Terrible customer service. I hung up on him as I was just too angry. They tried calling me back but I’m done with them. They don’t respect their customers...

I ordered a paneer pizza today from this place, and it was not tasting good. So I called them and said there might be something wrong with pizza, whether it's pizza base or cheese or something. The guy said nothing could be wrong as they make fresh dough and packed cheese, but it might be because of the pizza base. That's all he said and hung up the phone by saying, "Have a good day, thank you." No customer resolution at all. I called them again this time, and another guy was on the other side. He was like we give options for base souce but its customers choice what base do they want i told him i order the same base souce most of the time and it doesn't taste bad like it was today. Now, his resolution was "I can't help you sorry." I used to like this place but won't recommend this place to anyone anymore. I would have given zero star if it...

Appalling service! Do not order from this place, they will rip you off 😠 If you want to retain customer’s, it’s all about how you provide service and this place obviously doesn’t understand the word.... ‘service’. I understand as a pizza shop, can be busy on a weekend or any other day, but it’s no excuse at all get a customer’s order wrong either by phone or app. I had ordered a pizza via hungryhouse and asked for no beef, instead with toppings of bbq chicken, black olives and if possible extra cheese....but when I had received the pizza, I opened up to eat with my family member and close friend....guess what could not see any bbq chicken and black olive at all. I so regret in ordering from this place. Totally out of order, and should not be shown as loved on...
