Waves Hand Car Wash Bromley-by-Bow — Local services in London

Went here a few weeks ago. First of all the prices are much much higher than anyone else locally. So I asked the manager why is it so expensive and he rather confidently said "our service is much better, trust me". So I gave them a chance as I'm willing to pay a little more for a proper clean.

However the job they did was very disappointing. There were streaks left all over the car. I even had to point out some spots after the wash which they did fix. But when I did a walk around the car it was clear they didnt even dry it properly. I shouldnt have to point out errors when theyre charging what theyre charging. There was water all over the car and streaks on every window.

So don't fall for it....

Washed my car here two days ago but unfortunately had to come back here this morning 27th June @ 9:00am due to early morning bird waste on my car (not whole car only on drivers door wing and a bit of the bonnet! The guy came over told me due to being bird poo on your car we have to charge a starting fee of minimum £25 and I was surprised and he repeated “I’m not charging you anything else but it starts at £25 then goes up and bare in mind this is just for a NORMAL outside wash NOTHING ELSE! I don’t understand your using the same procedure as you would washing a normal car yet have the audacity to charge more! Was a regular however won’t be using this...

Visited the car wash and my car hadn't been washed or hoovered for 3 months it was full of daily dust and crumbs cobwebs on the outside etc etc the price quoted was £35 - £6/7 dearer than local other hand car wash sites but the was and vacuum and cleanliness was 100% better. the car looks like it has been valeted not washed, well worthy the extra spend. considering how dirty it was other cheaper alternatives always charge more - hazard of the job i work in construction the car always carries dust from daily work activity. thanks again be back soon, Black BMW x1 - the manager knows me as I keep...
