Honestly, the worst ever place to eat in.

(When I arrived, the shop was empty, thinking it would be a good idea). Customer service was awful and they served us without any English-speaking skills at all and with so much rush. I was to eat with my partner breakfast so we ordered 2 all breakfast from the menu.

Only 1 arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went to ask about the order and I was shouted at, saying I only asked for one. Ridiculous, the orange juice they charge 2.40 and claim to be from orange but it’s just a juice box that can be bought at any shop ( it was disgusting and the server didn’t even understand what orange juice was ). When the missing plate arrived, they missed the 2 toasts included from the menu and at the end, I was asked multiple times to pay for something not even delivered at my table.

I advise everyone to never eat...

Worst customer service ever this place should be closed down!!! Firstly when entering the cafe there was no acknowledgement. I sat down for a while and not one of the employees came to take my order! I then went up to make my order when the server (a man) was very rude, ignorant and so unwelcoming. As a black woman I felt discriminated as I noticed he gave other customers different treatment. He also made me pay for my food as I ordered it where as other customers were able to order when being seat and pay after they had finished their food! As a hard working black business owner, I am so disgusted and saddened by the way I was made to feel!!!!

Cannot believe that a place like that with those type of employees even exist! ( the food was not even good it was cold and served...

Avoid at all costs. Went in to have breakfast with my girlfriend, the people can barely speak English which I understand but it makes it extremely awkward and hard to place and order. They decided to serve people that came after us while we are sitting there waiting to order. Anyways our food came I had cheese omelette and chips, the chips were stone cold and when I called the staff she literally touched the chip and said is not cold when it literally had 0 heat inside. Honestly these people are not chefs or trained correctly for this job. Just avoid and go to greggs or any other place. Waste of...
