Chicken Village London — Restaurant in London

After couple of years, I came back with my teenage daughter to have her try the chicken I once fond of. The lady server was pleasant and in fact quick in preparing our orders of 6 pcs chicken and some fries to go.

I noticed thw box package was not even warm to toucj but ignored it. At home, my daughter started eating the chicken and noticed that imside the chicken meat was unusually looked uncooked and tasted raw. I asked her to stop eating it and I had a look. All thw chicken meats were undone on the inner part. Not fit for consumption and we had to discard the whole box of chicken. That moment, I called their landland but it just kept ringing. There is nowhere to contact the seller.

This evening, we passed by again and spoke to the same lady seller but declined responsibility of my complaint. We just lost £9.50 worth of food, the issue was not resolved and I felt dishearted for exposing my daughter to a food safety issue.

I ordered chicken and fish but then whilst the auntie is cooking it, she’s talking to her co-worker about how he gave her a virus and they both feel really sick, maybe assuming I don’t understand their language and my heart immediately dropped whilst she said that because I had already paid for the food. It put me off my meal completely but I was devastated because I’d already spent the money so I didn’t have much of a choice. I ate only one piece of chicken before throwing away the rest because of the psychological impact and it’s kept me up all night and I need regular trips to the bathroom so I think I’m sick too now. I don’t think I can ever trust any local chicken shop ever again. Next time if you are sick, please take a day off from an establishment which requires pristine hygiene conditions or don’t talk about it in front of a customer whilst you are...

The worst chicken shop round the way. Chicken burger taste like Iceland chicken steak burgers. Chips are dead. Wings used to be alright but dead now.
