Rocky's Hayes - Pizza Takeaway — Restaurant in London

I just had a terrible experience with "ROCKY's HAYES - PIZZA TAKEAWAY". The customer service was awful, and I received the wrong food, a NON-VEG deal instead of a vegetarian one.Pics are attached showing the wrong order.

I Went there to order a VEGETARIAN XL pizza deal (which is the most ordered deal according to their website)But were informed very abruptly by the manager that they will only make Pizza Deal 1 at the counter and if I wanted the other deal, I would have to order it online. Even when I was physically present there, how does this make any sense?

So, I ended up ordering the 'Pizza Deal 1'.But, instead received Pizza Deal 2, which was a "non-vegetarian" deal. Basically we didn't get what we ordered. Moreover, as part of their deal package, we should have received a bottle of soft drink which was also missing. Now, it might not be a big deal for many people, our bibi is Amritdhari and we never bring non-veg at home due to the same reason.

Abysmal food, terrible service and will never use again. This is the 3rd time ordering from Hayes and each time has been awful. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. I ordered a chilli cheeseburger with extra green chilli's. I received a flat, flavourless burger with no mayo, or chilli or chilli sauce. When I tried to complain I was kept on hold for 7 minutes (timer on phone) when they finally stopped arguing in the back I was told to come back and they will add the missing ingredients. Considering this was late at night in the cold, would I have been happy with the quality? And what about the rest of my order getting cold. If you would like a chilli cheeseburger with no sauces or flavour this is the place to go. If not I recommend Bath road or Lady Margaret road where the food is...

In brief, I don't think i'll be back again. Why? Well the burgers, are standard fare and off the shelf, cooked and stuck in a bun. The chicken burger, where the chicken is cooked in-house, is better, however, it's still too salty, and not really marinated with any flavour.

Nothing like the Rocky's near the airport - and thus I may even stay away from the real Rocky's, as well as this place, because the Real Rocky's has no oversight of outlets it opens under franchise and there's no consistency in the same way like Roosters doesn't replicate out well with no oversight or care about additional outlets. Rocky's are taking the P with their brand.
