Their is a parrot in pub, iguana and a Original Steven Gerard football boot. Reasonable prices, and a few real ales. yes I would visit again if in area. Reason for 5 is its Randomness of everything good. THANKS

This is one of the old original pubs of Woolwich, pity it's off the beaten track more people should visit this treasure of a pub. Connie is your Hostess, a lovely young Woman with a pleasant personality who makes you feel at home 😉

We love LOVE this pub! Best in the area! Cozy, welcoming, friendly environment. The staff is one of the main reasons to visit and the drinks our delicious and the beer is cold. Make sure to try one of the homemade sandwiches, if in stock. Clay the bartender was amazing, she had us laughing the whole time. We 3 guys were visiting from the States for the first time and Clay made our visit memorable. Clean property both in the pub and restrooms. Thank you again. We will be back on our next...

This was my actual "end of the Capital Ring" pint and what a basic, honest "boozer" to experience it in. Bar staff were friendly, beer was good (small selection for beer-aspirants like me) and the pub had that beaten, lived-in quality that is becoming increasingly rare. Fantastic. I only really picked it because it was the closest place I could find to the southern end of the Woolwich Foot Tunnel but was very glad of...
