Safari London — Restaurant in London

I went there on a bank holiday Monday. As soon as I stepped in the atmosphere was a bit strange. No music no nothing just a TV playing True Movies and some customers chatting.

The owner of the shop was the only 1 as staff present on the floor doing all the work. I felt like the place was dirty; tables were sticky and the floor was dirty.

To order my food was bit of a probelm because she was busy cleaning other dirty tables. I have been to numberous African restaurants and this is the worst by far! The food is a bit over price and not that nice. The menu is not helpful if you are not from Ghana(luckily I brought my Ghanian friend with me) .

The food took a while to come and I ordered drinks with my food which she gave us 20mins later. I again ordered another drink during eating which took another 10mins to come whilst I was suffering from the spicy fish.

Overall terrible customers service and environment. More staff is needed on the floor ! And the food...

Went there for our 20th wedding anniversary celebrations. Mid week. The food was really yummy and prices affordable.we got there about 8ish and the place was really warm and quite. The person taking the food order was helpful and so polite. We had a lovely serene atmosphere. Only minor issue is that getting the waiter attention was a little difficult so we suggested they get a bell for customer to ring at the bar when they arrive ..overall experience was good not sure about the weekend but midweek really good service. We also order take away the food...

The worst service I have ever had in a restaurant in my life. Firstly the tables were dirty and sticky. They wasn't staff to clean up the tables and take our food orders. We had to wait for 15 mins before they took our orders. We ordered for our food however it arrived an hour later. We ordered for guinea fowl but we got chicken (drumstick). We ordered for peanut soup however it was very thick and the meat was very chewy with lots of fat. I would not recommend anyone to eat in this restaurant. The worst customer...
