Sam's Chicken Wembley Park — Restaurant in London

I write this review with a heavy heart as I have been a regular customer of this local branch of Sam's for the past 17 years. Sad to say a once decent franchise has gone downhill now for a good 3 years.

Average wait times for small orders is anywhere between 15-25 mins. Today I was made to wait 50 mins for a combo box and a fillet burger meal - whilst my kids were waiting at home hungry. The management is terrible and the algorithm is there to support online orders whilst sitting customers are lower down the pecking order. Staff whilst friendly, are at times clueless on how to manage busy times (Today is the Joshua boxing match, granted).

If you are attending event day and are in a rush, or just want a quick bite - DO NOT come to this shop, you will be set up for disappointment. You are best served going to the chicken shops on bridge road.

This will be the last time me or my family will be ordering from sams, which is a real shame as me and my son loved ordering from here. As a regular customer, despite being there much earlier, I was the one last served and other customers got their orders before me. I have been holding back on writing this review but I owe it to the local community to let them know that this is not once the place...

The staff including the manager are so rude. I suffer with mental health and I am totally discussed with how I was treated. I placed an order and the lady misheard. She was so rude when I asked if I can change my burger as I was given the wrong one to start with. Then she refused to change the burger. The manager came from the back and said she would change it.

That's when the real rudeness began. My change was thrown at me. I was then ignored when I wanted to ask a question. They laughed at me everytime I asked for the lady to go through my receipt. She shouted at me the breakdown of the price.

I told her can you tell me calmly. To top it off another Customer was shocked. The staff member then told the customer to SHUT UP! I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

The worst experience ever. It's a franchise so they don't care. I am taking this further as when I got home. My order was still wrong!

I am truly so upset with how I was treated. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong due to the bad attitude of the staff in this shop. I will never go here again and will be...

VERY BAD SERVICE, GRUMPY LADY LOOKS SINHALES, WHEN SHE SEES PARTICULARY ASIAN STARTS GATHERING CHICKEN BITS AND PICES LEFT OVER INSTEAD OF CHICKEN STRIPES TO STUFF IN CHICKEN BURGER , WHILE EATING CHICKEN PICES FELL OFF. WHEN I SHOWED HER WHAT SHE STUFFED IN TO THE BURGER SHE CAME WITH A MONEY TO RETURN ME.....VERY RUDE LADY, AND DIDNOT REPLACE ME WITH STRIPES, SEVERAL TIMES I REQUESTED PLS GIVE ME PROPER ONE I ALREADY HAD A BITE, I DONT WANT MONEY, BUT SHE REFUSED, FINALY I SAID RETURN MY MONEY LATER SHE DIDNT STICK TO HER WORDS TOO. SHE HUMILATED ME, SHE REFUSED TO LOOK AT ME AND AFTER 40 MIN SHE TOLD HER MALE STAFF TO RETURN JUST £1 BECAUSE I HAD A BITE. OTHER STAFF WERE HELPLESS LOOKING AT MY FACE.
