Heres a corker! What did Mr Sambal say to the white boy on the day of Saturday after white boy finished his Kohti Roti that Mr Sambal so ever kindly prepared for him?...Samabalam treat you well this weekeend yaaaaaa!...And that ladies and gentleman is one of my very own!
I Must add the food here is of terrific quality, one might even go as far to say its divine, they do egg rolls, spinach rolls, mutton rolls and a vast selection of excellent quality curries at inexpensive prices, i do get a stare here form time to time! But i feel that is expected as im sure they are rather shocked to not see me munching on racist carrots! (carrots hate curry but love shepherds pie you see and thats why the ginger fackers are racists) so i cant really blame them in all fairness can i, 5 STARS FOR SAMBAL AND A HIP! HIP! HURRAY!!
UPDATE
I Feel that 5 stars after my most recent order/visit was a little to high, i specifically asked if an option had bones in and the women who spoke perfect English insisted it didn't however upon me tucking into the chicken dish i found out it did so that was largely disappointing, while the quality of the food was good i felt like they have increased the price quite dramatically, mutton curry is 1.75 for 100 grammes so it will work out cheaper to go to an Indian in all honest. Now my samabalam will have to treat me well...
Read moreYesterday I bought 2 mutton koththu roti. One of them string hoppers one. Served by one of horrible woman who don’t have any customer service experience. For both mutton koththu roti she didn’t give me gravy. I asked for a gravy, she spoke to another old man who was serving next to her. Then she served grave from glass cabinet. When I was about pay she asked me to pay for the bag. I refused the bag. It’s disgrace for the shop to ask to pay 10p for little bag. Such a shame. When I got home, when my pregnant wife eating she tasted a fish curry in the Mutton koththu. Such a shame. She add the same gravy to mine. Both are mutton but gravy was fish. This is a big complain. I have started to raise. Any I will take this further because do not knowing the customer service, food hygiene and allergy contents. Such a shame for South Harrow...
Read moreIt was a real disappointment this weekend when I purchased lamprais from Sambal Express. Unfortunately, this takeaway outlet is no longer a good stopover for a quick snack or lunch. Their primary goal now seems to be profit rather than customer satisfaction.
When the shop first opened, the food was of high quality and satisfied many customers. Now, however, the prices are unreasonable and the food quality is below par. Today, I had a particularly bad experience: the lamprais I bought was stone cold, straight from the fridge. Who expects to reheat their takeaway meal before eating it for lunch or a mid-day snack when they are outing. Absolutely appalling.
I won’t be going back, as I’ve learned my lesson. I just wanted to share my experience so fellow customers know what to expect and be...
