Sanjha Chulla — Restaurant in London

Attended the restaurant without a reservation so it is understandable that we were not given the best seats in the house l, but being placed next to the drinks stock seemed very inhospitable. The staff were initially very kind and took out order well. Me, my wife and son ordered individual items hoping they would arrive at the same time so that we can enjoy our meal together as a family, as you would expect to do so at a restaurant l, but as I will later go to mention, this was not the case. My wife and son ordered the aashak and mantu respectively, where initially the aashak came out cold and had to be reheated. Time passed and with several reminders to the staff about my food, it was nowhere to be seen. My wife and son eventually started eating their meals without me, and ultimately finished their entire meal with me sat there waiting like a clown. At this point I had decided that I didn't want my meal anymore as I was extremely hangry, but the meal arrived and I gave in and and had some kebab (also good to mention that my tandoori roti probably wasnt even ready yet) and as I tried it, it was cold and very unappetising. After sending it back to the kitchen and asking for it to be cancelled it still took another 20 minutes after that for me to get my bill sorted out. I would not recommend...

10/10 – Perfection in...

Chulla is epic word from India specifically from north India … but sanja chulla has none of its North Indian taste …. Definitely 💯 not recommended…..from wer to start the malai tikka chicken was stinking the moment it came to our table . Being a chef I know how malai tikka tastes so very very poor . I asked the waiter about prawns biryani n she said the biryani rice is cooked with rice n prawns in it with Indian spices which was not the case . I was made separately n than prawns were added so disaster of a recipe . Overall very bad experience never recommend sorry but had to give this review …....
