good chicken but poor poor service just went there to get my usual half a chicken. I called up and asked for lemon and herb when i got there i got medium spiced, I spoke to one of the workers and told them it was wrong and he asked if i wanted the sauce to be taken off and put on the lemon and herb but i said i did not want that as the two flavours would be mixed. manager took like 10 minutes to come and see me at this point i was very hungry so i ate the medium as i can easily handle it but again not what i ordered so manager finally approached me and i just said him would i be able to get the half chicken i paid for which wa the lemon and herb and he said not cause i at the medium then i told him that i already touched the chicken when i first took a bite so what could he have done with that half and he said he would of put it in the bin and made me a new one. i dont get that logic so instead of me eating it he would of rather thrown it in the bin. I am a loyal customer who goes on average 5 times a week adn this is how they treat customers...

Honestly I've been coming to this place for years and quite frankly I've had enough and NEVER GOING BACK! My mum is suffering with food poisoning from eating your grilled chicken. Bacillus cereus is the name of the food poisoning type that the hospital said my mum has. When I was growing up Chicken Cottage used to be the best chicken shop in the game but over the years I've been seeing some disgusting unhygienic people being employed where I have to refused to be served by that person. Not to mention they are selective on who they want to serve and would deliberately ignore anyone who isn't of Asian culture. Not to mention they don't clean their chicken wings properly and cook them with visible feathers coming out of it. I've had hair in my barbecue chicken and all sorts. I ordered for 6 portions of chicken & rice, the girl said they only have 2 portions of rice left, so I cancelled remaining 4 & told her to just give me 2, but another staff came & said he'll get rice as they had already charged me for 6. In some time he came back from other shop & gave me my parcel. When I reached home, I found biryani rice, so I called them just to inform not to do it again & the girl apologised.
