I REALLY want to give this place a great review. We chose to try it as a treat for my kids. Firstly, there's nowhere to sit, meaning takeaway only - everything was packaged up brilliantly with the ice cream/cream separate so that they don't melt (we got given extra ice cream too). There was a slightly odd smell in the shop and it's a tad empty and clinical... the food LOOKED great and pricing is competitive. However, when we tried to eat it (pancakes and waffles), it was all pretty hard and rubbery, not light and fluffy. We hadn't even tried to reheat it, which probably would have made matters worse. I'm assuming it's a batter issue? Like I say, I really wanted to support a local business and the server worked hard to give us a good order... but didn't pull it off. Such a shame.

Taro bubble tea was nice. The blueberry popping bobas was filled with flavour. Crêpe was disappointing. Firstly ordered 2, they put it in 1 box squashed. Secondly the quality of it was not that nice and presentation was appalling. Took too long to make the order also. It's a shame I eat deserts regularly and this is round the corner from me. Will not be going back there again. Plenty of better desert shops around.

You can’t go wrong with their bubble tea and shakes, had a ferreo shake which was amazing obviously. Tried their mango, lychee and taro bubble tea and it’s just perfect. However their waffle is not as mind blowing, it’s good but nothing exceptional, a bit too sweet but it’s normal.

The dining experience was extremely disappointing; it's safe to say I've never had worse food. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even eat it. When I first arrived, I had a craving for a milkshake, but to my disbelief, they didn't have any milkshakes available. How can a shake shop not offer shakes?

I placed an order for the Bueno waffle, strawberry waffle, strawberry boba, and a chocolate crepe. I can't fathom how they managed to botch a crepe and waffle so badly. The employees appeared to be inexperienced and unsure of what they were doing.

The waffle and crepe had an unpleasantly tough texture; I couldn't even cut them with a knife, and tearing them apart was a struggle. The crepe resembled naan bread in appearance and taste, while the waffle had the stale texture and flavor of old bread. Furthermore, they skimped on the ice cream served with the waffles and crepe – it was miserably minimal, just a mere tablespoon.

To make matters worse, the bubble tea was excessively sweet; I had to dilute it with water. I strongly advise against purchasing desserts from this establishment. You'd be better off visiting Urban Chocolatier or...
