Sidra - Teddington — Restaurant in London

Re-visited Sidra, as it is just down the road from work. The first time I visited here, I ordered a wrap to take-out (chicken I remember). However, on this occasion, I ate in here for lunch with my team work colleagues. It was Friday lunchtime and the restaurant was less busy than usual. I decided to order a Smoked Salmon Wrap with Cream Cheese and Fresh dill, and this was served with side salad, hummus and a chilli. The wrap was tasty, and included potatoes inside, so was substantial and for £7.50, a very good deal. This kept me going all day, and I would be interested to try the other wrap/salad options on another occasion. The food was wonderfully presented and the staff were friendly. Recently, I re-visited Sidra for lunch (after a year of not being able to sit in). I had a chicken wrap, served with hummus and side salad. My wife, two daughters and I love this place. The falafel and halloumi wraps are our favourites. We tend to use the Teddington branch most, where the service is excellent, always welcoming and polite. It’s clean and comfortable too. Quality and consistency is another strength. I’ve little doubt the high standards extend to the Twickenham branch.

Sidra also connect with the local community, evidenced by past initiatives including providing practical help by offering free meals to people who may be struggling with food bills through the current horribly bloated cost of living.

I’ve never been happier to give five stars in a review. Very well earned Sidra, here’s hoping you remain a part of the Teddington (and Twickenham) communities for many years to come.

Stopped in to get a wrap for lunch, to take away, went for falafel and hummus. It came in a mostly biodegradable tray. 3 compartments. An absolutely huge wrap toasted and cut in half, some hummus in a section and a very tasty bean salad in the other part. The whole lunch was so tasty and filling. All for a very competitive price. Liked that they have different prices for take away and eating in Was actually tastier than the last wrap I are at Camden. Will definitely be going back. Hopefully to eat in next time.
