HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND BAD customer service, POOR quality food (presented to us on the day 26/1/2021.)

Dear Mazlum Demir, On 26th January 2021 at 6:30pm we called up Skewd Kitchen for delivery to feed my family and bubble of 6 people including kids under the age of 12 years old and two dogs. We spent a whooping £150 + £5 for delivery service, (we live in Goffs Oak) When the food arrived we was extremely disappointed and disheartened to find the halal mix meat platter for 5 people very chewy, especially the chicken that was over cooked and we could hardly chew on, and even the kids couldn’t digest the meat, the tiger Prawns and lamb chops were over cooked and rubbery. Also to find that the salad was not freshly made on the day and there were brown leafs on some of the salad boxes.

We were given a lot of unwanted dips and bread (maybe this was to bulk up our order?) We have ordered from Skewed over 4 times (with no problem, during this time we only ordered a meal for 2 people) We thought it would be more respectable to have a word with the Manager in person, on the 27th Jan, 2021, myself BoujeeZ Kitchen went to the restaurant to speak with the manger, in which he was not there, but the chef left a message. Later on in the day, I received a very rude and disrespectful phone call from the Manager in charge, I believe his name is Ali (apologies if it’s the wrong name) he got extremely rude and defence over the phone as said, we get a lot of customers and that there was nothing wrong with the food…. I asked the Manger if he tired the food before it was sent to us and he said NO. After being rude and not allowing us to talk further on the phone, he said in a aggressive manor “There is nothing he can do, and he basically doesn’t care if he looses our custom. From this awful experience, we will NO LONGER be RETURNING to SKEWD KITCHEN and WE will be tell our family, friends and customers NEVER to enter this restaurant again.
