The good: The Big Boss Burger is amazing, miles better than other burgers I've had. The 12 ounce is massive and easily worth the extra price. Their milkshakes are also excellent and the Resses Butter Cup was very flavoursome. The bad: The order took well over an hour to be delivered and I had three calls before it was delivered. One from FusionPOS who wanted to confirmation my order but when I tried to send them a screenshot via text, the message said their service wasn't set up, and via WhatsApp they did not confirm an invitation. Big fat juicy cheese burger I had with just the right amount of sauces.... niiiccceee with delicious fat fries... not the usual very skinny ones but ones with a bit of substance... and a drink.... perfik! I was running late and as they close at 10pm I thought I would give them a ring... they were happy to take my order and only had to wait couple mins when I arrived for it to be ready. Nice friendly staff.. Will go again and I also want to try...

I asked for salt shaker for my fries which they didn't have

All they had was some McDonald style salt spreader which was of no use

My shake was so thick the plastic straw couldn't handle it

I asked for a plastic spoon which they didn't have either
