Sorrento Pizza (Islington) — Restaurant in London

This place is a little gem of islington which has been established and nearly ready to have its 29th birthday. People have said thats its a bad service... Its one of the very few shops that have withstood the test of time and is very very popular with the locals.. There are two very quick driver's that work there and are always flying about. The pizza is fresh and made with localy sourced produce's with Doe made fresh every day to make sure quality is always at its best with all taste's catered for. I personally love the hot Italian (Olives, Jalapeño, Pepperoni) with smoked cheese (German) with Red Onion. Gino the head Chef is always willing to help.you come up with your own creations or recommend something for you. I would recommend this place 5* across the board and is my favorite place for comfort food!!!! I would question anyone who had a bad thing to say about...

Ordered through Just Eat and experienced a very poor service. What is infuriating is that they mark a delivery as completed just so it's doesn't flag up as late- presumably on some system with just eat. They do this despite knowing that the food hasn't left the restaurant which I think is deceitful. I have experienced this a number of times. When I called up I was promised it would be with me in 10 minutes. I followed up after 20 minutes and was told it would arrive "any second". 10 minutes later- the pizza arrives. Never ordering from this place again.

BUG FOUND ON PIZZA! Horrible pizza, customer service and health and sanitary standards!!! There was a bug in one of the vegetarian pizzas ordered. See photos attached. When we called to complain, the manager insulted and accused us of lying in a very sarcastic manner, providing no customer service or help to correct the situation. He even went as far as asking us if we also found a dinosaur on the pizza. No help or compensation was offered. Do not eat...
