It is nice place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee but the customer service is AWFUL , they are racist ,donât know if it is with everyone but definitely not a Muslim friendly ( as this happened to another person I know but thought may be she is exaggerating ) we asked politely if there is any alcohol in the cakes , the lady just answered with a certain tone in her voice without even an eye contact âall our cakes are with alcohol except this 3 â which is fine , and asked us to go straight to the til if we want to stay and be served đĄ âŚâŚ.. then while still sitting there the waitress just came at the end took the coffee cup in front of me without even asking if I finished or not đĄ, or even a smile on her face even after we said thank you for the service ⌠that was quite rude and chocking to be honest , I never had such an awful experience here London or such a bad customer service experience .

Well run cafĂŠs will give customers a heads up they'll be closing soon, giving you an opportunity for a last order or to start winding down your conversation before chucking you out. I'd not been to the Nicholas Centre before and had no idea it shut so early on a Saturday (5pm).
Example 3: incomplete phone number on their website listing. It's missing the last 2 digits (see photo) so if you want to ring for directions you have to go elsewhere for the...
