Fentons Ice Cream — Restaurant in London

Shared two waffles and a milkshake with my wife. Was greeted by Jasmine, who told us everything about what was on offer as we had not been before.

We had our waffles open (instead of a cone shape) and on a plate as we wanted to sit down after a busy morning. Jasmine was happy to do this and made everything just right, nice presentation, etc, and tasted nice!

During our meal, I assume he was the manager who started to moan to Jasmine about waffles being served on a plate!? Stating, how would she like it if he deducted 10% of everything she earned.

Don't provide seating, tables, or plates if you don't want customers to be in your shop, supposedly costing you an extra 10%.

She gain the manager two new customers, and then he got rid of them in the space of 5 minutes, along with a 2 star google review - well done..

Have this chat privately or at your next staff meeting. Clesrly, she was taken back by his comments as she replied and said, "im not sure what to say." This was unacceptable! You are lucky to have someone like Jasmin working for you. I wouldn't be surprised if she finds someone else to work for who appreciates good customer service.

A smallish ice cream and waffle parlour in the town centre. A few tables to dine in but mainly relies on customers ordering to takeaway. A good selection of flavours of high quality ice cream, with plenty of choices for sauces and toppings. We both really enjoyed our ice cream choices today. Staff very friendly and helpful as well. I give four stars rather than five because the shop could do with a bit bigger premises to allow for a few more tables to dine in. Also it would be great if they could create a menu to be on these tables. There was a list of available flavours of ice cream, but it was on the wall just behind the order kiosk, which meant I had to hold up some customers whilst I took photos of it. There is no list of toppings either, although they are on display in the counter and the staff were very helpful to explain what they were. I took photos of these too. We will definitely be visiting...

Seriously awesome ice cream. I visited this ice cream parlor with my uncle who is very choosey about food and prices. Initially, during our first visit, he decided not to have it as he thought it's not worth trying. But, after few minutes, he went again and ordered two ice cream cones, strawberry flavor. As soon as he took first bite, he was madly in love with the ice-cream.😎😂😄..and after finishing first ice-cream, he had another one!!! Two ice-creams for a man who initially was very reluctant to try even free sample!

Staff there was amazing. They shared the history of the shop and how they make ice-creams.

Highly recommended ice-cream parlor on Sutton high street.

Their ice - creams are made of superior quality ingredients with nothing artificial in it.

Well worth the money.
