T4 Sutton — Restaurant in London

I went into this shop yesterday on the 31st of August and I think it was around five or six ish that I ordered and I was there ordering a milk tea and this guy (I think bcz I don’t rlly know what gender he is) asked what would I like and he had long hair and was just staring at me blankly so I said cou,d I please have an Oreo potted bubble tea with tapioca pearls and I asked for 50% sweetness and there was another lady in there and earlier on I saw them sitting and talking and he was so rude and while he was making the drink he did something to it and the lady who he was chatting to earlier was saying omg don’t do that your so mean and I was standing there staring and saw that he wiped something with a dirty cloth and you could tell that it’s dirty. I thought it was nothing and then when he was giving me my straw he threw it and was just giving a rude look to me and when he gave me my boba drink I tried it (outside of the shop) and I was not close to the shop to even change the drink but it tasted bitter and you could tell it wasn’t made correctly. The drink made me sick and there was pretty much no Oreo. I also make boba and have been to many boba places and to other t4u and they have never made the Oreo tea like that. My colleague and myself come visit T4 minimum once a week (unless one of us is on holiday) we have tried every single bubble tea places in Sutton. T4 by far is the best in the area. Staff are very friendly. Shop always presentable. Unlike other places in Sutton, I get it a lot of the drinks contains a fair sum of sugger and spillage is unpreventable. However when you walk into T4 you do not feel like walk into a Spoon with sticky floor or table.

Staff are friendly and helpful. When we first started coming to T4 we tried a few drinks of ourselves. After a while we don't know what to have. We asked the staff what would you recommend they often make some really good recommendations to satisfy our taste buds.

Loyalty program is easy to use. Have your phone scan it pay it and you done. Unlike some of the competitors in the area when you accumulated for a free drink and when you want to redeem it. Then there's the terms and conditions.

Service is exceptional. The owners are always up to a chit chat. Just adds a bit of personal touch into the business. We always free welcomed in the shop.

Terrible terrible tea shop, people should STOP coming here. They serve very hot tea in A PLASTIC CUP! How stupid? They expect people to drink from straw with HOT TEA? Not only I can barely hold it let alone drink it. This is not the first time happened to me here. The first; was in plastic too (as they didn't have paper cup, had to wait to cool it down then it's not hot drink anymore) my second was in paper cup and was alright, then today another no paper cup but didn't say anything before making the tea. There is not health and safety consideration. I'll be taking this complaint further to...
