I rarely leave reviews but after my phone call with one of the staff today (2 weeks after original order), Iâve decided to go out of my way to leave one. My original order I asked for medium flavour, but when it arrived I could taste mango so threw it all away, but I know mistakes can happen and pointless to call up just to mention it so just left it as that. I decided to order again today, but called prior to ask if their doner comes mango flavoured as standard cos I was sent that last time, the staff member was refusing to acknowledge any possibility of there being a mistake and literally said if it arrived as mango flavoured then itâs because you selected that, we wouldnât put a different sauce. I told him again, there has to have been a mistake on your side and to at least acknowledge that and refused and said I donât have to order if I donât want to, which is absolutely true. After realising clearly they made a mistake and their doner doesnât came mango flavoured as standard, I still placed an order because end of the day, I still wanted a doner and unfortunately they was the only one open after 11pm-12am. I usually go to Spice Hut Camden, which by the way, provides a much better service and their meat also comes correct. In this particular instance, beggars canât be choosers, hence the 2nd order :) I would also like to mention, I wouldnât have bothered wasting my time with a review, but purely because of that conversation with that member of staff who was extremely dismissive of acknowledging any potential human error. I wouldnât have even cared whatsoever, and wasnât even calling to complain about my previous order and genuinely didnt care, I just needed to know if all their doner comes as that particular flavour so I know whether or not to place my order, so when that specific staff member is reading this, this review is specifically because of your lack of manners and customer service, not that you would probably care anyway, itâs only a small...
