I stayed at Camden Prime Apart Hotel for my solo trip in July 2023 and I really enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were exactly like what they pictured, clean, spacious and well equipped with a full functioning kitchen with plates, cups, cooking appliances. The place was also conveniently located near bus stops and tube. Most importantly, the team was really caring, patiently answering all my questions and making me feel at home. My luggage was delayed for 2 days and I was really anxious, constantly texting the team on whatsapp and emailing them to check whether it has arrived, and they were extremely responsive everytime.
I would also like to take my time to specifically thank the receptionist, Ale, for being so patient and caring. Upon check-in, he patiently explained to me how the deposit charged would work, and also patiently showed me how to operate the electronics in the room when I asked. Coming from a tropical country, I was feeling cold despite it being summer in London, so I really appreciated how he also provided me with a mobile heater without judgment when requested. When my baggage finally arrived, Ale knowing how worried I was, also made sure to go the extra mile to bring it up to my room for me too.
There was also another staff at the reception in the morning, I cannot rmb his name, but both of them were really exceptional in terms of service. All in all, will definitely stay at camden prime again when I...
Read moreThis really is a great place to stay: it is clean and surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road, but the real stars are the staff. They are, without exception, kind and helpful. As an example, we stayed twice on our recent visit to London. During check in on our second stay, I was struggling with my suitcase and my partner’s (long story); without being asked, the person working on the front desk offered to help me get the suitcases to our room. He put me and the two suitcases into the lift and then he ran up the stairs to meet me. This just seemed extremely nice, especially after a long trip back to London.||The rooms are tidy and compact. We took advantage of having a kitchenette and, on the second visit, the washing machine. We had a few hot and sticky days in London, and the air conditioning made for a comfortable night’s sleep. (We also appreciated the slippers.) ||On our first stay we were in a room at the front of the hotel, but the double-glazed windows kept the street noise out. There was some noise from other rooms, but it really was minimal compared with most hotels.||The location is convenient, and there are lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance, as well as the Tube and numerous buses, many of which go to King’s Cross/St. Pancras and Euston stations.||We will definitely try to stay here again when we next...
