This restaurant is so good, definitely deserves more customers than that !!! We arrived at 17/7/2025 at around 7 pm with 6 people, there isn’t anyone else in the shop. When we go in the shop a woman kindly ask us how many seats do we need and combined a few tables for us. She then hands us the menu which the price is perfectly reasonable. She also offered us cold water in this boiling weather and gave us cups for them. Furthermore the woman played some Korean music on the speaker for us and wait for us to order. We called her to order our meals, and she responded quickly. She also suggested us the Pork Belly which she said is a signature dish in this restaurant, which is truly amazing 🤩. She also kindly suggested us drinks which we didn’t understand what is a plum tea. She explained to us and the drinks turns out fantastic 😍. The meal didn’t arrive long after we ordered, and the food was truly amazing. There are also a few customers coming in at around 8 which is surprising because they deserves more customers than that. The only thing I would recommend is to make the dishes not as spicy or have a spicy scale to let customers choose how spicy they want it. We spent £81.90 on couple dishes and 6 of us were exceptionally full. This place is definitely the best Korean meal I have ever had in my life, and thanks to the kind and talkative woman and the cook for our...
Read morePortion is absolutely minute. Compared to other Korean restaurants in more central locations, the servings here are rather ridiculous. Basically my japchae barely filled half the container and I could finish it in 3 mouths. I’ve never seen a portion of fried chicken that small. In all honesty food was decent albeit rather salty. I’ve definitely had much better Korean food elsewhere in London. But the biggest takeaway was serving size is rather unacceptable. Paid about £30 expecting a meal for 2 but could only feed one person. And am not exaggerating . The picture attached shows the food before it was even consumed. Called them to ask if there was a mistake but they mentioned that it’s their standard size and it’s because Uber charges them a fee. I don’t see any other restaurant cutting down portion size despite the...
Read moreSweet chili chicken tastes lovely, volcano chicken has a similar taste but with more spice which I also enjoyed.
If anyone is used to spicey food, volcano chicken might not taste very spicy, but its delicious.
Tteokbokki was great, I tried the sauce with rice and in my opinion that was a nice combo.
The last thing I ordered is hard to spell from memory, something along the line of seafood sundugbu jigae, (Soup with soft tofu, an assortment of seafood and an egg) the taste wasn't as strong as the other meals, but it wasn't watered down either (quiet spicy). Lots of seafood inside and tofu (so it wasn't just an empty soup with sprinkles of solid food inside)
Everything was filling. And overall a great experience....
