Ultimately the best treat shop in London! šŸ„°šŸ˜ Me and my family have been going since shortly after they opened and every single time superb experience. Last week ordered via Uber and unfortunately the delivery driver didn’t show up and I took the time to contact St James treat as it’s not fair on any business to lose out for third party. I got a call from Ubereat and a priority redelivery! Anyone who knows Uber eats knows that they are hard work when an issue happens however to say the restaurant done all that to ensure I got my order is heartwarming. These guys honestly do have good old customer service and even when you go to the shop always friendly always clean!! And a massive great thing when they are busy they tell you so your not waiting for ages which helps massively.

The pricing is great for cakes and the shakes are absolute amazing! The waffles and crepes are cooked better than other dessert places much softer and taste very nice. Portion sizes also generous. Generally can’t fault them on anything. If anyone hasn’t been and wondered what they are like honestly THE...

This place is a really nice & cosy spot to come to after work/ a long day for a treat. Me & my friend came here for the first time a few months ago & ever since, we’ve been returning weekly and have made it a go to spot to not only get dessert but to have our chats since it’s just so comfortable! The vibe is really that amazing, the interior is pretty & instagramable (if you’re into that sort of thing) . Their desserts are good and filling. Personal recommendations: Chocolate brownie w custard & a chocolate waffle. The milkshakes are a good size and delicious too. (milk cakes, churros, hot chocolate, Gelato ice cream, smoothies, school cake, waffles etc. we’ve had it all haha).

— Also important to mention, the prices are affordable. If you’re looking for something yummy but cheap in Walthamstow, this is the place. I dine in here a lot whereas my siblings order on Uber eats quite frequently so goes to show regardless people love this place. Also, the staff are so...

This place is absolutely amazing, they serve the best pink tea I’ve ever had in my life. Their Karak and cinnamon tea was also a big hit with the family. Their milkshakes are so on point, not too thick, but not watery either - just perfect! We also indulged in their delicious crepes, waffles and cookie doughs (all served with soft serve ice cream), along with the most delicious school cakes you’ve ever had or dreamt of, accompanied by a generous portion of silky custard. The prices are very reasonable and believe me you get a lot for your money, such great value!

You could tell that all the food was fresh and the service was unbeatable. This a family run business and you can really tell that they put their all in to ensure their customers are taken care of! It’s well worth a visit and you’ll surely be going back again and...

The karak chai had too much of an elachi flavour so I wasn’t a big fan as there’s more karak chai out there that isn’t overpowered with elachi. This put me off so I’ve never tried it again. However, their cakes are great. I had the whitelicious cake with custard. You could taste the freshness in the cake and the icing hadn’t set yet so you could tell it was iced not long ago which I didn’t mind as it still tasted delicious. Perfect spongy texture! Their chocolate cake with chocolate custard is super tasty and beautifully moist. I’ve also tried their white chocolate crepe, the crepe has the perfect texture. Interior is very welcoming and pretty. They have recently redesigned their interior and it is stunning. I like the added feature of swinging chairs for one of their tables. I am now a regular customer as I highly rate their desserts.

Amended my review from four stars to five. We have continued to visit this wonderful space, including spending a few hours working, and they have been great! Wishing them all of the blessings and barakah! Extensive menu, great dining area, and service could be friendlier… Milkshakes are nice and thick with the option to add an additional chocolate bar. They have various school cake flavours with milk. Chai tea was good and they come in large size as well. Fried Oreo doughnuts are one of their treats on offer and honestly they are so good!
