Great food - we had the curious breakfast (a full english) and the healthy breakfast (vegetarian/scandi alternative), coffee and two fresh orange juices which were definitely freshly squeezed to order (not pre-done and refrigerated). It would have been a 5 star review but the service was unfortunately poor - incredibly slow but also unfriendly. Stood in queue for 15 minutes waiting to order (some people were queuing that long just to pay so they could leave) and then waited 32 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The food then came later and we had finished the drinks by the time the food arrived. An hour for a couple of breakfasts seemed a long wait. The people who ordered just before us asked for their money back and left and were overheard them saying it was because of the wait/they didnโt want to wait any longer. What I found unfriendly was being asked where i was sitting and when I said โoutsideโ, the response was a hostile/sarcastic โWHERE?!โ. Given there are no table numbers I could only vaguely point at โoutsideโ. My tip is to pay for your food at the same time as you order to avoid having to queue again at the end. Definitely worth a trip for the amazing food but there are lots more places in E17 with quicker and...

The staff is always friendly, positive, and genuinely nice. It's evident that they truly care about providing a great experience for their customers.
Now, let's talk about the coffee. As someone who frequents this cafe, I can confidently say that their coffee is hands down the best in Walthamstow. It is consistently delicious, and I am always impressed by the attention to detail in its preparation. Unlike other cafes, the coffee here is never burnt, and the milk is steamed to perfection. The baristas at Curious Goat have truly mastered the art of brewing a perfect cup of coffee.

Visited here for the first time today. It's close to where my husband works and he started later than usual today so we thought to try it out, and would definitely visit again.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was prompt and well presented. Tasted lovely also.
We visited with our 1yr old daughter, so it does cater to children (high chair provided), although i (personally) wouldn't say its a place for parents/children to visit, as it is quite an intimate setting, with a few people working from their laptops there (based on my visit today), so to be considerate to others i wouldn't (personally) treat this as a place to congregate for a group of a young family/get together - but to emphasize, i do think this restaurant would welcome anyone who wanted to visit and eat here. Luckily our daughter was pretty quiet today and not disruptive. Although i do notice that in the spring/summer months they do have outdoor seating, so bringing your children along during this time i would say would be absolutely fine as they have the outdoor space to run around and "be...
