Subway — Restaurant in London

I usually enjoy visiting Subway, but unfortunately, this particular branch left me quite disappointed. I ordered a Plant Patty footlong, and while the staff member assisting me was kind and polite throughout the process, I encountered an issue at checkout.

When I tried to scan my Subway Rewards card to redeem an offer, I was told that they do not have a scanner at this location and therefore couldn’t apply the offer. Instead, the staff member suggested I visit another nearby branch where I could redeem it. I found this very inconvenient, especially since this location is listed as a participating store for Subway Rewards.

I politely asked why they don’t have the necessary system in place when other branches do. The staff member apologized multiple times, clearly aware of my disappointment, but ultimately, it’s a management issue, not the fault of the employee.

This kind of inconsistency and lack of proper setup reflects poorly on the store’s operations. I hope the management takes note and addresses this issue for future customers. Until then, I won’t be returning to...

I am regular customer of subway. I eat footlong 3 to 4 time in week . I bought veggie patty footlong takeaway for breakfast in the morning 10:26. And when i take first bite I feel it was not fresh bread and petty also lightly smell bad. I tried to call back but no option available to contact branch. And I came back from my job night 9 and I seen the branch is closed .actual closing time is 10. Second day morning I ask to staff member all things but they refuse and argues and said it wash fresh. I given back to them for checking and still they say its fresh on Second day🤐. They not provide any contact details and no manager available. I left my details and sub there. I given them back tell tem to contact me. But no one replied.

And after two day I visited again and speak with another guy he also said same thing and not accepted.

Very bad experience.

I lose my money...

Avoid going to the subway as it’s absolutely rubbish and a waste of money I won’t be coming back to this branch. They try anything to charge you extra on the till. I ordered a tuna sandwich. I asked for sweetcorn, jalapeño and onion only and the women serving me put about 6 pieces of sweet corn, 3 jalepeno and about 3 pieces on half sliced onion. There was practically no salad in the sandwich. I kindly asked her to add some more sweetcorn and she charged me on the till a extra 40p without even telling me only realised after I left. Absolute daylight robbery. Common gesture would be to tell the customer you charge extra and I would have simply walked out and left it for yourself to enjoy the tuna and bread. To pay £5.30 for a sandwich with just a tuna filling and I wouldn’t even call half a decent portion of salad is SHOCKING! go somewhere...
