Update: Went in after many moons ordering ahead again, in belief that things might have changed. I was very wrong. I went into the store at an earlier time as I was close by. There was no one in the store and after waiting a while for someone to serve me, a man came from behind the back and asked what's up. I said I made an online order and he replied "7:45 yes?"
I said yes, and he said ok. He went back to around the back and no one was there for a few minutes. I had a peek around the back and saw the same man eating and watching Netflix. I understand he might have been on a break, so I asked him if anyone is available to start making my ordered as I'm here. He said no he's the only one here and he's on break. He made me wait until he was finished eating and then started making my order. If I had told him I was making a new order, would he have started straight away?
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, and I also query this man's health and safety policies, as he seems to think that a few cameras put up will save him in the event of a robbery. I will never get food from here again and this dude needs to be investigated.
