Basically perfect bubble tea and such humble pricing compared to many bubble tea shops in London!

The only thing I would prefer is if you could control the sugar on most drinks, because on quite a few you can't. But, I wouldn't say that they are extremely sweet, they found a good balance with most drinks that most people would enjoy but for those who like significantly less sweet bubble tea it might be too much, I usually get no sugar at other boba shops however I still enjoy sweet no.5 drinks overall though! But, I had a large lychee yakult and halfway through it was a bit sickly sweet, but the rest of the drinks I've tried were good. All fruit teas come with coconut jelly already which is generous of them!

Lemon passionfruit is perfect for sour citrus lovers. Peach yakult is lovely, if you like yakult definitely try this. Strawberry panna cotta, a balanced strawberry milk with smooth milk pudding at the bottom. If you like strawberry definitely try the strawberry cooler and add the cream cheese topping which they make freshly in house! (Essentially a drinkable cheesecake foam/fluff), and is much cheaper to add compared to other boba shops. The strawberry cooler was great, not too much ice just the right amount and made with fresh strawberries. The coolers would definitely hit the spot in hot sunny weather.

The interior of the shop is nice, to be more inviting they could play some not too loud music in the background. They also have a lot of mousse cakes, crepe cakes, and basque cheesecakes. We tried the taro crepe cake and if you like crepe cake you will like theirs, there is even some fresh taro in some of the layers, however we didn't like the jelly part on top that's for aesthetics, otherwise it was decent. If you like cute looking cakes you will enjoy it though. If you live around here then their desserts are much cheaper and better value than going to No. 79 cafe in central london which is overpriced and overrated.

Only on one occasion the drinks weren't great, the fruit teas tasted very watery with no syrup flavour, not to be rude at all but it was a male worker who messed up the drinks who might need more training. Every other time it has been perfect with the female workers :)

They are on deliveroo now but alot of adjustments need to be made, I would advise they look at other bubble tea shops layout when they fix it. For the drinks that you can change the sweetness and ice, put the options there, and list all the toppings for every drink.

Overall amazing, will definitely be a regular customer for...

Just recently spotted this place while parked outside, checked the menu online first and was pleasantly surprised they had Taro tea which I love and also pretty little cakes too.

I was with my mum and convinced her to pop in to buy some Taro tea with me and check out the cute deserts. we didn’t have much to choose from as they hardly had any cakes on display so we decided to try the pistachio tiger cakes.

For some reason the lady serving us made a mistake and gave us both Brown sugar tea which I really dislike as it’s very strong. I can’t understand how she got the order wrong as the label says Taro tea which is meant to be a light purple colour and has a sweet soft taste but our teas was brown bitter and taste like the brown tea which I’ve tried a few times in other shops and can’t ever seem to like it.

The cakes were ok but nothing special in taste, we could hardly taste the pistachios although there was a really nice lemon centre inside.

Sadly we weren’t fully happy mainly due to the wrong teas being given and I couldn’t enjoy the tea at all which is why I’ve only given 4 stars but otherwise it’s a nice...

I used to love this place and have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after my last visit, I won’t be coming back. The drinks and desserts are usually ok, but the customer service has completely gone downhill.

During my last visit, I encountered an extremely rude staff member who not only gave me attitude for no reason but also outright insulted me. I simply asked about an issue with my order, and instead of helping, they were dismissive and condescending. When I expressed my frustration, they made a sarcastic comment and rolled their eyes at me—completely unprofessional.

I don’t know what’s changed, but if this is how they treat returning customers, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other boba shops in town that actually care about their customers.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being...

There are very few good cafes in London that can make a really delicious bubble tea, so Sweet No 5 was a real discovery for me! I used to buy there quite often and always had only the most delicious drink, when they opened a service for ordering cakes for birthdays and other important dates, I decided to order for my younger brother's birthday, this cake turned out to be the best I've tasted recently, the mango was of excellent quality, very sweet and tasty, the decor also looked wonderful! For my birthday, I also ordered a cake from them and this time it was even better! Photos are attached below. I wish the institution to develop and become even better!
